Asbestos Removal – is a specialised service as it is a hazardous material to handle and dispose of. The Asbestos Regulations Act (2001) outlines the regulations in dealing with Asbestos – and we have certification as contractors because we are qualified in the handling of asbestos and we have the equipment required. Our staff members are medically monitored to ensure that their health has not be compromised – including exit medicals on completion of the scope of work, such as chest x-rays. Depending on the condition, the asbestos is either sealed with a specialised coating to prevent any harmful exposure or we dispose of the asbestos according to responsible and regulated parameters – and issue the client with a safe disposal certificate.
